The cabins themselves are bought through us at Crossing Creeks, and customized to your specifications. Green River Cabins delivers them on-site. They are the manufacturer who builds and designs these special log homes in as little as three weeks. You can check out the various models and customization on their website. Some of the amenities in the home that you can have as an option are fireplaces, full size kitchens with wood burning stoves, upgraded lighting, vaulted bathroom ceilings, and a storage loft. Once you take a look at what you can create with Green River Cabins, it’s only a matter of time before you start making your own plans to buy one.

You Can Lease Or Own The Land

Prices start at $62k for a cabin and $32k for your own lot here. The lot itself is either bought by you as an owner, or you can lease the land to put the cabin on it. Once you own the lot you will have the choice of using it yourself or entering it into our rental program. Our creekside lots are designed with a large patio space, so that you can enjoy the outdoors year round from the comfort of your own home. Sit back and relax under the stars each night as you hear the sounds from the babbling brooks nearby. Unique to Crossing Creeks is the fact that our lots are so wide, when you buy a cabin you also get an RV pad so you can still enjoy the best of both worlds.
